Billing FAQ
1. What happens when the trial is over? Will I be charged?
After your 14 day trial period ends you won't be charged because we don't require a credit card to try Timy. If you don't upgrade and your trial expires, your team mates will receive a response from Timy when they try to send a message using /schedule command. Also any message scheduled with /schedule command won't be sent after the trial period.
2. Can I cancel PRO plan at anytime?
Sure. If you think you won't need PRO plan in future you can cancel your subscription at anytime. Keep in mind this will affect your whole team. After the subscription cancellation date, your team will be automatically downgraded to Timy Free plan.
3. I'm the only remote employee on the team. Can you offer a discount for PRO?
If you're the only member on your team who needs to schedule messages we're happy to discuss custom pricing. Please send us a message explaining your use case.
4. Do you have a per person price tier?
Not at the moment. We only charge for the whole team and we think this price point is reasonable for any size of team.
5. Do you offer discounts for charities and non-profits?
Sure! Please send us a message with a bit about your team and we'll consider giving you an offer or a discount.
